What Maketa stores, why, for how long, and what you can demand from us. This page is a summary in English; the full policy is in Russian.
Legal note. This English text is a courtesy translation for international readers and catalogues. The binding version is the Russian one — maketa.pro/privacy/. Where the two differ, the Russian text governs. Maketa operates under Russian law (Federal Law 152-FZ on personal data).
1. Who processes your data
The operator is Individual Entrepreneur Demchenko O. O. (TIN 590611804084, OGRNIP 326385000081336), Russia — referred to below as “we”. Maketa is our service for building app-screen mockups and landing pages, released under the brand of the custom software studio demda.pro.
All data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation.
2. What we collect
You give us: your e-mail and password hash when you register; the content of your boards (screens, texts, images you paste); the e-mail addresses of collaborators you invite; anything you write to us in feedback.
If someone invited you to comment on their board: the name you type yourself, the text of your comments, and a signed cookie mk_g that lets you edit and delete your own comments later. No account and no e-mail are required.
Collected automatically: IP address and request metadata in server logs; anonymous product events (which buttons are used — no e-mail, no board content); if you accept cookies, Yandex.Metrica analytics.
We do not collect: payment card data (payments go through the bank, we only see the order status), biometrics, location, or any special categories of personal data.
3. Why we process it
- to run the service: store your boards, let you sign in, share links, collaborate;
- to process payments for AI features and issue fiscal receipts as Russian law requires;
- to answer your questions and fix defects;
- to improve the product from anonymous usage statistics.
We never sell personal data and never use it for third-party advertising.
5. Who else sees your data
- People you share a link with — exactly as much as the link's access level allows (view, comment or edit).
- Our AI provider, and only for the AI features you press yourself: the screen content you send for parsing or generation. Free editing never leaves our servers.
- The bank (Tochka Bank) for payments, and the tax authority for receipts.
- Yandex.Metrica, if you accepted analytics cookies.
We do not transfer personal data outside Russia for storage.
6. How long we keep it

7. Your rights
- get information about the processing and access your data;
- demand correction, blocking or deletion of data that is incomplete, outdated or processed unlawfully;
- withdraw your consent;
- delete your boards yourself — a button in the editor, effective immediately;
- delete your account with all boards — write to support@maketa.pro from the address the account is registered to. We delete the account, all boards, their comments and the operation history within 10 working days and confirm by e-mail. Payment records are kept to the extent tax law requires;
- delete your guest comment — the button next to it while the
mk_gcookie is alive in your browser; if it is gone, write to us with the board link; - complain to Roskomnadzor, the Russian data protection authority.
We answer a written request about processing within 10 working days, and a demand for correction or erasure within 7 working days of confirming the grounds.
