Terms of Use

What you get, what it costs, who owns what you draw, and what we do not promise. A summary in English; the binding contract is in Russian.

Updated 15 September 2026 · a product of demda.pro

Legal note. Maketa is offered under a Russian public offer agreement (публичная оферта). This English text is a courtesy summary; the binding version is the Russian one — maketa.pro/oferta/. Where the two differ, the Russian text governs. The contract is concluded under Russian law with Individual Entrepreneur Demchenko O. O. (TIN 590611804084).

1. What Maketa is — and is not

Maketa is a browser tool for building mockups of app and web screens and turning them into a tap-through prototype you can share by a single link.

Maketa does not build a working application. It produces screens and navigation between them, not software that accepts orders, processes payments or stores customer data. If you need a running product, take the mockup to a no-code platform, to an AI coding tool, or to a development studio.

2. What is free

Free, with no card and no time limit: drawing screens, layout, the clickable prototype, preview, sharing links, guest comments, collaborators, PNG export, the MCP server and the REST API. The first board can be created without registration.

4. Refunds

An unused balance can be refunded on request to the account e-mail; we return it to the payment source within 10 working days. Tokens already spent on completed AI operations are not refundable — the service was rendered at that moment. If money was taken but the operation failed, we either credit the tokens manually or refund the payment.

5. Your content

Everything you draw stays yours. We claim no rights to your screens, texts or images. We store and display them solely to operate the service and to show them to the people you shared the link with.

You are responsible for what you upload: you confirm that you may lawfully use the images and texts you paste into a board.

We may remove content that clearly violates the law — see the Russian text, section 7, for the exact procedure (based on art. 15.7 of Federal Law 149-FZ).

6. What you may not do

  • break the service or bypass its limits: automated load beyond the documented rate limits, exploiting vulnerabilities, mass account creation;
  • upload content that is unlawful in Russia, or someone else's personal data without their consent;
  • resell access to the service as your own product.

Using our public API and MCP server within the documented limits is explicitly allowed and encouraged.

7. Liability and honest limits

The service is provided “as is”. We keep daily encrypted backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and we recommend exporting anything critical.

We are not liable for decisions you make based on a mockup, for the work of contractors you hire, or for lost profit. For consumers, statutory rights under Russian consumer protection law apply and are not limited by this text.

We may change prices and features; changes apply going forward and never to a balance already topped up.
